A new Helene Resource Center will provide access to recovery services for Buncombe County citizens working to come back from the September storm, after opening in downtown Asheville on April 8
The new center at 94 Cox Ave. will be open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Free parking is located across the street. No appointment is necessary.
