TARPON SPRINGS, Fla., (WFLA) – After years of delays and pushback from the community, a luxury apartment complex in Tarpon Springs will break ground on Wednesday morning.
The Caroline Anclote Caroline Harbor, formerly the Anclote Harbor Apartments, project was approved in 2021, but was paused in 2022.
