NORWOOD, Ohio (WKRC) — An investigation is underway after a man died from a medical episode following a confrontation with police.
Norwood officers responded to reports of loose dogs near Montgomery and Courtland around 11 a.m. on Thursday. Upon arrival, they encountered a man and a woman in mental distress in an elevator near the Ohio Media School.
According to officers, a violent struggle ensued with the man before they were able to handcuff him. While paramedics were taking him to the hospital, the man experienced a medical emergency and subsequently died…
