YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – A Youngstown firefighter was suspended this week in connection with a workers’ compensation fraud case in Franklin County.
The case was filed in Franklin County because the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation is headquartered there.
A disciplinary letter dated Monday from Fire Chief Barry Finley said that the city learned that Patrick Bundy, of Poland, committed workers’ compensation fraud related to his employment with the City of Youngstown.
