Two Mayville residents have been charged with 2nd-degree aggravated harassment after allegedly threatening an employee of a business in the village earlier this month. Chautauqua County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a harassment complaint at the Dollar General on West Lake Road on April 8th and found that 57-year-old Larry Passinger and 25-year-old Alexis Passinger were involved in an altercation at the store. Deputies say Larry verbally threatened the safety of an employee multiple times before leaving, while Alexis later called and threatened the same employee multiple times.
