FRESNO, Calif. ( KSEE/KGPE ) — Before sunrise, a line wrapped around the new Randy’s Donuts location on Shaw Avenue as Fresno’s donut lovers waited to get their hands on some iconic donuts.
“I lived in L.A. for ten years. I lived near that Inglewood location with that big giant donut, and we have a lot of memories with my friends and family. We would eat before work, after work, and just share stories with donuts and a cup of coffee,” said Christopher Reyes, a customer who jumped in line at 2 a.m.
Some customers who waited in line are big fans of Randy’s Donuts in Inglewood, which opened in 1952, but some are trying them out for the first time, hoping the wait is worth it…
