Sweden, N.Y. — A second suspect was arrested Tuesday in connection to the armed robbery at the M&T Bank on Fourth Section Road last week.
Michael O’Shea, 60, of Rochester is charged with first-degree robbery and second-degree grand larceny, according to the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office.
