Gun noise complaints lead to discovery of .22 caliber rifle at SJ home: PD

( KRON ) — A man was found to have multiple weapons in his home after neighbors complained that he was repeatedly firing a gun in his backyard, said the San Jose Police Department.

San Jose police said they received several complaints about the matter. On Wednesday, they served a search warrant at the east San Jose home of a suspect with the help of their GHOST and MERGE officer units.

During the search, detectives said they located a .22 caliber rifle, two handguns, a silencer and eight replica firearms (pictured below).

The suspect, who was not identified by police, was booked into jail for multiple weapons violations…
