A convicted drug dealer from LaSalle County was recently shipped off to the Northern Reception Center at the Stateville Correctional Center. Alex Bryant, 30, of Cicero pled guilty to two counts of Manufacturing and Dealing between 15 and 100 grams of heroin, both class X felonies and was sentenced to nine years in prison.
Bryant will have to serve half of the prison term. The Tri-County Drug Enforcement Narcotics Team (TRIDENT) arrested Bryant after an investigation where he delivered a mixture of fentanyl and heroin to agents on multiple occasions in July of 2024…
