The news was revealed during last night’s city board of directors meeting, sparking enthusiasm among local residents and business leaders.
“So this is the first step in a multi-step process, so there still is a lot of work to be done,” Jack Thomas, Vice President of Economic Development for the Little Rock Regional Chamber, said.
