SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — A fourth defendant in the Hibachi Grill case has been released on a personal recognizance bond in federal court Wednesday.
Exploitation of immigrant workers: A growing U.S. concern
Yuxian Cai, 48, pleaded not guilty on all counts that stem from employing foreigners for alleged financial gain despite knowing these workers didn’t have permission to work in the country.
Cai and Hui Weng, Min Lin and his wife Jin Ju Pan are all charged in the alleged incidents. Weng, Lin and Ju Pan were all released on PR bonds earlier this week. They also pleaded not guilty to their charges.
