Nearly 2 years after Las Vegas woman’s death, FBI confirms suspect’s arrest

LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – Almost exactly two years since her murder, the man who has been the prime suspect in the murder of 26-year-old Tabatha Tozzi has now been captured, according to the FBI.

Las Vegas Metro Police said Oswaldo Perez-Sanchez was taken into custody in Ciudad Obregon, Sonora, Mexico by the Fiscalía Unidad Especializada en Aprehensiones with support from the Mexican Marines and Agencia Ministerial de Investigación Criminal.

The bureau previously told FOX5 that he has ties to Southern California and Mexico. Metro Police says he faces charges in Mexico and is pending extradition to the United States…
