Man charged with stalking, open lewdness for a fourth time following police investigation

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A Lancaster County man has been charged with open lewdness for the fourth time following a stalking investigation by police, according to New Holland Police.

Robert Bard, 56, is facing several charges including six counts of open lewdness, four counts of indecent exposure and one count of repeated stalking to cause fear following his arrest on April 16.

Officers received reports of stalking from an individual on June 25, 2024, claiming that someone had followed them from Yoder’s Country Market to Main Street and 322, then back to Yoder’s Country Market…
