The legacy farmer looking again to build warehouses, manufacturing and storage buildings and more on 50 acres at Atlantic Avenue and Florida’s Turnpike west of Delray Beach suffered yet another setback when the Palm Beach County Planning Commission voted 5-3 against his plans.
