BROWARD COUNTY, Fla. (CBS12) — The worst animal abuse a South Florida rescue center has seen has prompted a $10,000 reward for tips that will lead deputies to the arrest of the abuser.
Big Dog Ranch Rescue (BDRR) said that “Bibi”, a black female giant schnauzer, was brought to them from the Broward County Animal Care and Adoption Division.
“This is the worst animal abuse case we’ve ever seen yet,” says Founder of BDRR, Lauree Simmons.
