BUFFALO, N.Y. — This week workers from the Lancaster Regal Center Starbucks location became the 10th location in Buffalo awarded the right to form a union in a 12-2 vote. They are the 59th in New York State to win a union.
According to the PR firm representing the Lancaster Regal Center Starbucks, they join more than 11,000 baristas that are working together to win workplace protections according to a press release from Starbucks Workers United (SWU).
