Thomasville business owners complain to city about homeless encampment

THOMASVILLE, N.C. (WGHP) — Thomasville neighbors say they’ve been fighting for years to get a homeless encampment cleaned up.

The piece of property that has people so fed up is located along South Old Raleigh Road.

Shopping carts, shoes and tents are what could be seen there. The site used to be a homeless encampment that the city tried to break up over the years.
