Ocala boyfriend accused of dragging girlfriend outside home, biting her

An Ocala man was arrested over the weekend after he allegedly pulled his girlfriend out of her home through an open window, dragged her approximately 60 feet, and bit her multiple times.

On Sunday, April 13, a Marion County Sheriff’s Office deputy responded to the residence where the incident took place. Upon arrival, the female victim told the deputy that “unfaithfulness and jealousy” had led to “relationship issues” between her and her boyfriend, 26-year-old Ronald Sylvester Bloom III, according to the arrest report.

The victim advised that at around 5 a.m. that morning, Bloom had traveled to the incident location via bicycle to “talk about their problems” through her bedroom window. The report stated that Bloom allegedly knocked repeatedly on the victim’s window, which eventually prompted her to open it…
