FAIRFAX COUNTY, Va. — A man is facing charges after police say a woman he abducted and tried to sexually assault escaped and ran for help.
According to the Fairfax County Police Department, officers were in the 6100 block of Arlington Boulevard when a woman approached them shortly after 12:30 a.m.
The woman told officers she was walking in Seven Corners when a man came up behind her, forced her into a car and tried to sexually assault her. She said she was able to run away once the man parked the car at a nearby convenience store…
