First Alert Forecast: a fabulous summer-like Easter weekend ahead

WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – A dry high pressure ridge will nurture a warmup with your First Alert Forecast targeting temperatures mainly in the lower 70s Thursday afternoon, around 80 Friday, and over 80 – especially on the mainland – for Easter weekend. Cool lows tonight in the 50s will moderate into the 60s moving forward. Chances for needed rain will undoubtedly need some ironing next week, but for now they hold at 20% for Monday and 30 to 40% midweek. Enjoy!
