ELKTON — A man caught with a gun, cocaine and heroin mixed with fentanyl when investigators raided his Elkton residence in July has received an 18-month jail term, according to Cecil County Circuit Court records.
Cecil County Circuit Court Judge William W. Davis Jr. imposed a maximum 20-year sentence on the defendant — Michael Anthony Potter, 62, of Elkton — for possession of a controlled and dangerous substance with intent to distribute and then suspended all but 18 months of that penalty during a courtroom hearing on Friday (April 11), court records show.
The judge also imposed a concurrent five-year sentence on Potter for possessing a firearm while in possession of an illegal drug and then suspended all but 18 months of it, according to court records…
