North Carolina fugitive wanted for molesting his disabled daughter arrested in Spokane

SPOKANE, Wash. — A fugitive from North Carolina suspected of molesting his physically disabled adopted daughter has been arrested in Spokane.

According to the U.S. Marshals Office, 60-year-old Marshall Foster had an active felony warrant for forcible sexual rape of a minor out of Forsyth County, North Carolina.
