Cheektowaga man arrested after drugs found near toddler

CHEEKTOWAGA — A Cheektowaga man was arrested after authorities discovered suspected narcotics in the presence of a 2-year-old child, the Erie County Sheriff’s Office announced Thursday.

Kevin O’Sullivan Jr. was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and acting in a manner injurious to a child, both Class A misdemeanors.

The arrest followed the execution of a search warrant at 87 Madeira Drive on April 15 by the Erie County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics and Intelligence Unit, assisted by the Town of Cheektowaga Police Department…
