A 16-year-old girl who left her Eastvale home without telling anyone where she was going and couldn’t immediately be tracked down was the subject of a law enforcement search Thursday.
Kimora Cowen was last seen Wednesday night in the 7900 block of Vandewater Street, near Tisdale Street, just north of the Santa Ana River bottom, according to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department.
Her family reported her missing when they couldn’t contact her, prompting patrol deputies to initiate a search. Her whereabouts were unknown Thursday afternoon…
