The Zem Zem Shrine Club property on West 28th Street could soon be under new ownership.
Millcreek Township signed a letter of intent in December to potentially explore the option of purchasing the property.

Since then, the township has been conducting several feasibility studies to see if it’s a sustainable investment.
They plan to keep the building as a community asset and expect to generate revenue for the township as well.
