FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WFFT) – Last Friday morning shortly after 11 a.m, a man who was covered with dirt following a mudslide in his driveway in the Verona Lakes area, according to the West Central Fire Department who were on scene in about 5 minutes time, after the call.
Three different agencies showed up – the West Central Fire District, West Central EMS and the Fort Wayne Fire Department SORT team which specializes in confined space situations teamed up to get him free.
