HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WMBF) – A man has been arrested in Horry County connected to a deadly shooting that happened over state lines.
The Horry County Police Department said they helped the Whiteville Police Department arrest a suspect who allegedly shot and killed a woman in her apartment over the weekend.
