Syracuse, N.Y. — A man was found shot in Syracuse Thursday night, police said.
When police arrived at the 300 block of Palmer Avenue, they found a man in his 30s shot in the leg, according to Kieran Coffey, a spokesman for the Syracuse Police Department.
