‘Alternate side parking’ rules axed allowing drivers to leave cars without ticket but they must follow 15-ft requirement

DRIVERS can relax this weekend as they can leave their cars without getting a parking ticket for three whole days.

Side parking rules are being paused from Thursday through Saturday to observe Holy Thursday, Good Friday, and Passover.

Drivers don’t have to move their cars according to the Alternate Side Parking rules that require owners to keep alternate sides of the streets free of vehicles for specific periods of time.
