CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) – The former Charleston County deputy charged in a deadly 2022 Mother’s Day crash testified in her own defense Friday afternoon.
Emily Pelletier is on trial for the May 8, 2022, crash on U.S. Highway 17 at New Road that killed three Colleton County women.
