Man suspected of hitting dog multiple times arrested in DTLA

A 40-year-old man suspected of hitting and injuring a 5-year-old bulldog was in custody Friday.

Los Angeles Police Department Central Division officers responded to a radio call on March 19, around 7:15 a.m., regarding an animal cruelty investigation near the 600 block of South Spring Street, between Broadway and Main Street.
