Police: Myrtle Beach stabbing victim found by homeowner, woman charged

MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WMBF) – A woman was arrested this week and charged in connection with a stabbing in Myrtle Beach.

Records show 38-year-old Lashenda Lucas was taken into custody Thursday and charged with attempted murder as well as possession of a weapon during a violent crime.

A police report obtained by WMBF News states officers from the Myrtle Beach Police Department were called on April 9 to a home on Gray Street.

The homeowner told officers someone was ringing their doorbell “numerous times.” The homeowner then said they found the victim on the front porch with at least one stab wound to the back…
