There are some times when Amarillo is really stuck in its ways. I get it. Change can be scary. With change, though, we are able to discover a new favorite. Whether you are sad that a business you loved closed or a favorite dish is taken off of a menu change can be a little inconvenient.
That change, though, can introduce you to something totally new that you love even more. Change has to happen so we can move forward. Or does it? Sometimes things just work out and that change doesn’t stick.

It wasn’t that long ago that we lost Malcolm’s on Paramount and with that loss came a hole in our city. Luckily it didn’t take long for a new family to come in and save the day. Malcolm’s is back and Amarillo can’t be happier. Malcolm’s brings us back to a much simpler time.
