SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — Police are investigating a second homicide at a Southwest Sioux Falls apartment complex, but the two incidents are not related. Just before 1:30 this morning police were called to an apartment on South Larch avenue. Information officer Sam Clemens says 25 year old Kaleb Martin of Lincoln, Nebraska was arrested later in the morning.
