NIXA, Mo — Christian County Sheriff Brad Cole confirms to Ozarks First that the teenagers who left a Burrell Behavioral Health facility in Nixa were found safe on Thursday night.
Sheriff Brad Cole says the two teens were found Thursday evening walking along Highway CC in Nixa. They were originally reported missing after they allegedly pulled a fire alarm, which unlocked the doors allowing them to leave the facility.
