DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A woman who says she has two children with the man accused of firebombing the governor’s residence said she “never thought he would try to hurt anyone else”.
The woman, who asked not to be identified, answered questions from CBS 21 over Facebook Messenger. She said she’s known Cody Balmer for almost 19 years.
Balmer was arrested on charges of aggravated arson, attempted murder and terrorism after he turned himself in and allegedly admitted to setting the fire, which evacuated Governor Shapiro and his family from the residence around 2 a.m. Sunday…
