Syracuse, N.Y. — Mable Wilson said the Syracuse Housing Authority Board of Commissioners needs to replace the agency’s executive director, Bill Simmons.
Wilson called the I-Team Friday morning after seeing our reporting Thursday night. Simmons said, “I answer to the board. The board is the one that hires and fires me. Not the Corporation Counsel, not every resident in the housing.”
