AUSTIN, Texas — Three teenagers are in custody for allegedly ambushing a man and stealing his car earlier this week in Southeast Austin.
Court records state that on April 16, at around 10:32 p.m., the driver was dropping off a friend and parked at 2000 Burton Drive, and after the passenger opened the door, three teens confronted the occupants at gunpoint, assaulted them, and drove off with the victim’s car, prompting a police pursuit.
The teens ditched the car on William Cannon Drive and ran into the woods…
