OKLAHOMA CITY ( KFOR ) – A sign honoring former Trooper Charlie Hanger was unveiled along I-35 Friday morning in the exact spot where history was made when he pulled over Timothy McVeigh along I-35, near mile marker 202 north of Perry.
“Divine intervention put me here in the right spot at the right time that day,” Hanger said.
