Instead of waiting in a long line of cars, they decided to turn around and drive the wrong way up a highway entrance ramp. All just to get out of traffic faster.
This happened during a very busy time of day, when many people were on the road. The traffic wasn’t moving at all. So, some drivers got tired of waiting and thought it would be a good idea to back up or turn their cars around and go in the opposite direction, even though the ramp was meant for cars entering the highway, not leaving it.
