A man has been left seriously injured following a shooting at a QuikTrip gas station in Phoenix. As reported by KOLD, the incident occurred near 27th Avenue and Thomas Road around 9:40 p.m. last Thursday, where Phoenix police officers found the victim with at least one gunshot wound. The man was then rushed to the hospital with serious injuries.
There are still no identified suspects in this case, and police continued working on gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses well into early Friday morning. According to FOX 10 Phoenix, 27-year-old Tarrance Sykes was detained in Wickenburg after being accused of shooting another man at the gas station on April 10.
