The Outlets at Legends mall in Sparks is getting another hotel.
A building permit filed with the city of Sparks last Saturday shows that a Home2 Suites by Hilton is being planned at 1050 Scheels Drive inside the shopping center, just south of Legends Bay Casino and Galaxy Theatres.
The Home2 Suites at the Outlets at Legends will be a 66,700-square-foot hotel that stands four stories tall, according to the permit. The hotel, which will have 109 rooms, is being developed by a Utah-based limited liability company called Sparks Hotel Partners LLC…
