TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – Law enforcement agencies are actively working to piece together why the suspected FSU gunman, Phoenix Ikner, shot multiple people.
Retired FBI Special Agent Jennifer Coffindaffer, gave insight into what role the agency will play in this investigation.
