BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – A pedestrian was killed in a late night crash in East Baton Rouge Parish on Friday, Apr. 18, according to Louisiana State Police.
Troopers say 72-year-old Patrick Dooley of Baton Rouge was struck by two vehicles shortly before 10 p.m. on LA 408 near Governor Claiborne Drive.
The preliminary investigation reveals that Dooley was attempting to cross the eastbound lanes of LA 408 while at the same time, two vehicles were traveling east on LA 408 in the left lane.
