OKLAHOMA CITY, OKLA (KOKH) — A female inmate at the Oklahoma County Detention Center (OCDC) passed away in her cell yesterday, April 18.
According to OCDC, 39-year-old Kasey Ball was found unresponsive at approximately 7:00 p.m. by officers during an evening head count.
