GULFPORT, Miss. (WLOX) – The Mississippi Sound Coalition is calling on the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) to limit the release of flood waters through the Bonnet Carré Spillway.
This comes as the corps has already begun surveying the levees twice a week.
