JENNINGS, La. (KPLC) – An 8-year-old girl from Texas was killed Friday in three-vehicle crash near Jennings.
Penelope Richard, of Texas City, died at an out-of-area hospital Friday afternoon, according to Louisiana State Police Troop D.
