(WVUE) – A Southwest Airlines flight carrying at least two New Orleans families was forced to make an emergency landing in Houston on Thursday (April 17) after the plane experienced engine trouble shortly after takeoff.
Passenger Michael Weber, a New Orleans native, said the right engine made a loud boom just after the plane’s wheels went up.
