Parents frustrated over program cuts at Arizona State School for Deaf and Blind due to ‘budget shortfalls’

TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – A budget deficit at the Arizona State School for the Deaf and the Blind has resulted in the school cutting several programs, reducing staff, and other cost-saving measures.
