TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – A budget deficit at the Arizona State School for the Deaf and the Blind has resulted in the school cutting several programs, reducing staff, and other cost-saving measures.
Parents and students attending the school are concerned that these cuts will have long-term consequences.
