A commercial shopping plaza in Jackson Township has changed hands for $9.2 million, according to the latest real estate transfers filed with the Stark County Auditor’s Office .
North Canton LLC purchased the plaza at 4914 Portage St NW ― which includes At Home, Salon Lofts and Pet Supplies Plus ― from Alpine Income Property OP.
The property transfers cover March 22 to March 28.
